Fork & Cork, May 15 & 16 is a unique and innovative destination that introduces the culinary minded to local celebrated chefs, assorted breweries, wineries and spirit makers. An authentic, one-of-a-kind experience that satisfies the epicurious, Fork & Cork is an interactive festival that serves up tasteful artist demonstrations and live Music, as well as tasty dishes. It’s casual, yet sophisticated. Busy, yet intimate. Personal, yet communal.

Discount tickets may be purchased online at addisonforkandcork.com. through May 15, 2015 at noon. Limited quantities available. Please print your e-tickets ahead of time and have them ready for display to expedite the entry process. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate pending availability.   • 5:30 Grilling Demo - Chef Richard Chamberlain Join Chef Richard Chamberlain of Chamberlain's Steak & Chop House and Chamberlain’s Fish Market as you cook alongside him while preparing one of his signature meals; Texas Kobe Skirt Steak with Caramelized Onion-Garlic Jam and Baby Arugula.
  • 8:00 Grilling Demo – Chef Tim Byres Join Chef Tim Byres of Smoke, Chicken Scratch, Bar Belmont and The Foundry as you cook alongside him while preparing one of his signature meals; Grilled Cornish Game Hen, Charred Tomato and Watermelon Salad, drizzled with Wild Honey.

ACCESSIBILITY


Festival grounds are accessible with paved pathways throughout Addison Circle Park. Ample seating is available for festival patrons; however, guests who require special accommodations may contact the event staff at the Information Booth for assistance. Wheelchairs and electric carts are not available for rent.

Admission Policies & Procedures


All bags will be searched. If possible, please leave bags and purses at home to avoid delayed entry.

Alcoholic beverage sales end an hour prior to event closing. No alcoholic beverages may enter or leave the festival grounds.

Fork & Cork is a rain or shine event. Music acts may be postponed due to inclement weather, but will not be rescheduled for an alternative weekend. Refunds are not provided.

Animals, coolers, lawn chairs, laser pointers, weapons, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and beverages of any kind may not be brought on to the festival grounds.

A limited supply of complimentary sunscreen and bug spray is available to patrons at the Festival Command Post. Additional necessities can be purchased at the Albertsons store located on the Festival grounds.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS & LIVE Music


All cooking demonstrations and concerts are presented free of charge to festival patrons with paid admission. It is standing room only, so come early for the best viewing.

FESTIVAL COUPONS & AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES


Participating food and beverage vendors accept festival coupons ONLY for food and beverage items. One ticket equals $1. Arts & Crafts Vendors accept Cash and/or Credit/Debit Cards. Several Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s) are available throughout the festival grounds. Please look in the event brochure for specific locations.  Nominal service charge fees apply.

LOCATION


All events are held at Addison Circle Park, 4970 Addison Circle Drive. The main entrance is located at the corner of Quorum Drive at Addison Circle near the large Blueprints sculpture. Caution: Temporary fence is used on the festival grounds and is subject to collapse in high winds.

PARKING


FREE self-parking is located in the parking garages located on Arapaho Road at the Dallas Parkway and Addison Circle Drive at Dallas Parkway. Handicap parking is available at the DART Transit Center, 4925 Arapaho Road.

Video surveillance cameras are used in Addison Circle Park. An official photographer will be taking photos throughout the festival grounds so patrons attending the event may be pictured in event marketing materials. Patrons may not photograph or videotape the headline culinary chefs or Musical acts.
